All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Alex&er Jewellery LTD reserves the right to accept or decline orders at its discretion.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation issued.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise and exclude delivery charges unless specified.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only.

Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the address provided, in accordance with UK consumer law.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt.

This right does not apply to bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised jewellery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

All content on this Site is owned by or licensed to Alex&er Jewellery LTD and protected under UK and international intellectual property laws.
